Gas Fired Cooker & Fire Installation
AWPS Plumbing & Heating are qualified and competent to install, service & maintain all gas cooker, hob, inset & freestanding cookers. All work is completed within Gas Safe Regulations and are safe to use. We apply the same detail to the installation, servicing, maintenance & repairs of gas fires.
Maintenance & Repairs
Cookers we generally just install and carry out minor repairs. We visually inspect any installation to make sure it meets current Gas Safe Regulations. Flame picture & safety device are checked.
We apply the same detail to gas fires. Often these are open flue which uses a chimney or purpose provide flue to safely remove the products of combustion and uses the air from the room to aid combustion, ventilation is key when maintaining gas fires. Safety checks are compulsory.
