However, he didn't give up there—he went away, researched the part, and discovered it was a modified valve. ​He called back the same day with a solution and returned immediately to fix the issue. Had to call Andrew as a previous local plumber was unable to fix a broken boiler. Andrew assessed the issue and was able to diagnose and organise the fix promptly and efficiently. Enginner was very knowledgeable over the phone, identified a number of potential causes (including the correct one).  Agreed to come out. Arrived promptly as arranged, confirmed diagnosis and adjusted the system restoring functionality.  Showed me how to do it, which was appreciated.  Very pleased with outcome, excellent service. I can whole heartedly Recommend Andy he is very knowledgeable, competent and quick. He has recently restored our ageing central heating system to full working order. Recently we had an emergency with a leak in our kitchen ceiling. We called him and was with us in under a quarter of an hour. He quickly detected the problem (A leaking pipe) which he quickly repaired. Definitely five star service.

Sloppy messy service & left us with a leaking boiler,  house smelly & cold as we have to leave windows open - now getting another engineer in to fix.  When tried to contact put phone down or left to voicemail & ignored e-mails. I do not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback, customer service is very important to us. The customer told me that the boiler leaked before I started the service, this was not caused by us. The customer consistently asked for extra works to be done at no cost to him which I had to politely decline. We did try to resolve the issues but unfortunately we were unable to. I contacted Andrew (AWPS) about performing a power flush on the central heating at my parents house.  He got back to me the same day and arrange to come around and check the work needed doing. Then completed the work all within a week. The heating system is like new and working lovely. Would reccomend AWPS to anyone.

After calling around to get someone (all from Trust a Trader website) to come round to sort a leaking and rusted up bathroom mixer tap (installed about 10 years ago) and a shower unit that stopped working, Andrew was the only one to respond back with a next day appointment (discounting weekend). Quick and efficient - all sorted within 30min. Very happy with result. Would definitely recommend.

Having used Andrew White Plumbing Services some years ago, he was my first point of contact when my boiler broke down. He replaced the boiler quickly so we were not too inconvenienced and did a first class job. He also discovered we had a gas leak from another area in the kitchen. I would avoid this plumber. Employed to do a simple job and caused a leak in the process. Andrew was rude and obnoxious throughout every exchange and refused to fix the problem he caused. Unfortunately I will need to instigate legal proceedings to recover my losses.

He was very quiet but kept telling me what he was doing and all very technical, I was lost but smiled.  The price was awesome and now I have a boiler that works as it should. Out of hours was honest and upfront on the phone about fees, once booked arrived within fifteen minutes to a boiler that was not providing central heating. In the same amount of time as call-out to being on site, the problem was resolved. Straight to the point of diagnosis and extremely knowledgeable. Tells you exactly what is going on and what the problem is and exactly how it will be fixed as well as advice for future care. What more can you ask for?! Also a top guy and super friendly to boot! Andrew and his team have done a brilliant job for me, replacing an oil boiler with a new one, fitting new NEST smart control, replacing corroded pipework in airing cupboard and adding extra frost protection to the system.  The removal and installation of the boilers were somewhat difficult, as the boiler is in a small cellar which meant that the 300kg of old and new boiler had to go in and out by lowering down a pretty confined space.  I had three heating specialists out and Andrew was by far and away the most responsive to come out and provide an estimate, and remained engaged during the quotation and ordering process.  The job was undertaken as described and in a timely manner.  Andrew is very knowledgeable and has all the relevant qualifications to allow him to work on all aspects of the system.  He's also a clean and tidy worker, and as someone else said "a real gentlemen".  Definitely recommend.

Finding a water leak under my mothers bath I quickly checked out the internet again, after trying various plumbers over the years. Andrew spoke to me and advised he would be around within 45-60 minutes, and he was.  An awkward job with water pipes coming out of a concrete floor under the bath , but the leaking pipe was replaced and two valves were also installed to bring the pipework up to standard. I'm very pleased with the response, the workmanship and the price.  No need to Google "Dunstable Plumbers" ever again. Would certainly recommend

What an amazing service. Called with an issue with our combi boiler not producing hot water plumber arrived within half and hour and sorted the issue of hard water build up! I am so happy with the service everything was fully explained to me so I knew what had been done. Will definitely use again.

Same day service with my boiler fully operational by the early evening. I  had expected it might take a few days to come out but  attendance was the same afternoon and whilst it was a bit of a strain for a single chap he managed it fine. What was impressive was the start and finish same day approach. The fact that this is not an easy electric boiler to get off the wall and into did not phase the repair man at all. really impressed considering past efforts by other contractors.

I had brilliant service from this company when my combi boiler broke down. Right from the outset Andrew knew exactly where to look and very quickly had found the broken part. A new part was obtained and fitted and now it is running like a new boiler. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

What started as a good service, ended up a very bad service !  Andrew fitted a new thermostat, a few weeks later it failed again.  Andrew failed to respond to any of my phone calls, ansaphone messages and emails. I had no alternative but to contact a different plumber who advised me the thermostat had not been replaced with a new one.  So avoid at all cost as he is a con artist.

Paid £413 to have the heating system filled, 4 hours latter three radiators stop with an air lock. Sorry not covered that will be more money to do the job again. Shame there was a thermostat fitting and future combi boiler to install. 2k job for someone else. Should care more about your exciting customers
