Yes we generally work outside our Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00 times when available.

If I smell Gas & suspect a leak what should I do?

Shut Off Your Gas at the Meter using the Emergency Control Valve. Open doors & windows. DO NOT OPERATE SWITCHES. Once contained. Either give us a contact to resolve, also there is an Emergency Service Available by the National Gas Transporter on 0800 111 999.

There is a potent Oil smell and a leak is suspected. Should I call?

Firstly if possible, there will be a valve at the Tank to shut the Oil Supply off. Contain the situation then give AWPS Plumbing & Heating an emergency call.

I have been informed by the Water Supplier that I have a leak .

Where are my Emergency control valves possibly located?

GAS = At The Meter. OIL = At the Oil Tank and next to the appliance. WATER = Generally under the kitchen sink, in a utility cupboard or garage. ELECTRICS = Main consumer unit located within your property or there may be an isolator within the supply metering equipment cupboard.
