AWPS are a local company, our general rule of thumb is we operate locally within a 12m radius of our office. We make sure that our customers are within easy reach of our professional service in the event of an emergency or if signed up to our Home Care Cover. 

Our Business hours are from 08:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri. We are well equipped and offer all aspects of 24/7 Emergency Call Out Service in the event of an emergency situation. (Availability Dependent.)

We accept all payment methods, mainly now by BACS & Debit / Credit  Card Payments. Cheques are very rarely accepted, as modern times have improved. Cash we accept and upon receiving any payments, a full itemised Invoice will be issued. 

Ok, yes we have a telephone system in place which when contacted, using the correct option either the engineer on duty will know if the call is an enquiry or an emergency and so on. The call will always be answered immediately, regardless of what option you have selected. (All Calls Maybe Recorded For Training, Monitoring & Security Purposes.) From the date of the Invoice, our payment terms are to be settled within 14days unless otherwise stated. AWPS Warranty is a 1yr from the date of the invoice, Boiler installations are longer and within their manufacturers guarantee.
